Privacy Policy
How this website handles enquiry data, quotation files and analytics.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how enquiry data, quotation files and website analytics are handled when you contact the factory through this website.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the contact details you provide, together with the drawings, models, material specifications and quantity information you attach. Website analytics record page views and general device information; they do not identify you personally.
How enquiry data is used
- To review feasibility and reply with pricing and engineering feedback
- To prepare quotation documents and, where requested, inspection plans
- To keep a record of the approved drawing revision for repeat orders
Files and confidentiality
Customer drawings and models are treated as confidential project material. They are shared only with the people who need them to quote or manufacture the part, and they are not published or reused for other customers. If you need a signed non-disclosure agreement before sending files, say so in your first message.
Retention
Quotation records are kept for as long as they are commercially useful, and production records are kept for the period required to support repeat orders and warranty questions. You can ask for your enquiry data to be deleted when no order is active.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are used only to keep the site working correctly and to measure aggregate traffic. No advertising profiles are built from this website.
Your requests
You can ask what data is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion by writing to the contact address published on the contact page.
Changes to this policy
If the way data is handled changes, this page is updated and the revision date at the top of the page changes with it.
