We are a parts contract manufacturer specialising in custom precision components and production runs. Our customers build robotics and humanoid robots, heavy-lift UAVs, automotive and motorcycle systems, optical instruments, photographic equipment and medical devices.
An 85+ machine fleet covers 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining, turn-mill, CNC turning and CMM inspection, working in aluminium and magnesium alloys, carbon and stainless steels, copper, PEEK and other engineering plastics.
Industries we serve
Each sector brings its own tolerance stack, surface requirement and documentation expectation. Our process planning starts from the application, not from the machine list.
Structural frames, joint housings and lightweight links with machined bearing bores.
Airframe plates, motor mounts and hinge blocks machined for stiffness and weight.
Housings, bezels and panels with controlled apertures, sealing faces and finishes.
Brackets, covers and turned components suited to repeat batch supply.
CMM inspection at every critical stage
Quality you can verify
Engineering review, dimensional control and traceable production support are built into every order rather than added at the end.
A clear production path
Send a drawing, STEP file or sample. Our engineering team reviews it and replies with a practical next step.
Share files, material, quantity and finish.
Receive pricing together with engineering feedback.
Precision machining under documented process control.
Final verification and on-time shipment.
Selected work
Custom components in aluminium, stainless steel, steel, copper, brass, magnesium, PEEK and engineering plastics.

CNC machining FAQ
The practical details procurement and engineering teams ask before requesting custom machined parts.
3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling, CNC turning, turn-mill machining, prototyping, small-batch trials and repeat production.
Aluminium alloys, stainless steel, carbon and alloy steel, copper, brass, magnesium, PEEK and engineering plastics.
A 2D drawing or 3D file with material, quantity, surface finish, critical tolerances and delivery requirements. Physical samples are welcome too.
Yes. Engineering samples, DFM review, pilot runs and stable batch manufacturing can run as one continuous programme.
